Sushi's Special Fish Fry 🐟

Ingredients: Fish - 1 kg Garlic Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs Coriander leaves - one cup Green Chillies - 12 Curry leaves - 20 leaves Chilly powder - 1.5 tbs  Coriander powder - 1 tbs Salt - as per taste Corn flour - 4 tbs Oil - for frying the fish Lemon ( only for serving purpose) Chat masala (only for serving purpose) Method: 1. In a mixer jar, add garlic, coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander powder salt and water. Grind it to a smooth paste. (add additional salt or chilly powder if required  as per your taste) 2. Wash the fish throughly and keep it aside. 3. In a large vessel, add the masala paste from step 1, add cornflour, mix well making into a paste that can be applied to the fish. Take each slice of fish and apply the prepared masala mixture. Andhra style chilly Chicken

Ingredients: Ghee - 2 table spoons Oil - 4 table spoons Chicken - 500 grams Green chilies - 35 Soya sauce - 1 table spoon Lemon juice - 1 table spoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 table spoon Water - 3 cups Corn flour - 1 table spoon Method: 1. In a pressure cooker pan, Add 2 table spoons of Ghee and add 30 cut green chilies. Saute well. Add 500 grams of chicken and let it saute well for 3 minutes. 2. Add 3 cups of water and salt to the chicken and let it pressure cook for 2 whistles. 3. In a pan, Add 4 table spoons of oil and add the pressure cooked chicken and chilies and saute. Add the broth/ the chicken water from the cooker to the pan and let it boil. 4. Add turmeric powder and 1 table spoon soya saauce. Let the chicken cook for about 2 minutes and add 1/2 lemon. 5. Ingredients: Oil 5 table spoon  Cloves - 2 Cinnamon 1 Jeera-1/2 table spoon Onions-2 chopped Green chilies-3 Ginger garlic paste-1 table spoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 table spoon Potatoes-2 chopped Tomatoes-1 chopped  Beans chopped - 1 cup (optional) Salt Chili powder - 1 table spoon Garam masala powder - 1/2 table spoon Coriander powder - 1 table spoon Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup Mint leaves - 1/2 cup Rava - 1 & 1/2 glasses Water - 3 glasses Chopped  coriander leaves Method: 1. In a pan, Add around 5 table spoons of oil. Once the oil is heated add 2 cloves, 1 cinnamon, and jeera. Wait till the jeera seeds pop. Add green chilies and onions and  1 table spoon of ginger garlic paste and  saute well. 2. Once the onions turn light pink, add turmeric powder and the chopped potatoes and beans. Green Gram Dosa (Peserattu/Hesarukal Dosa)

Ingredients: Green gram (250 grams) Salt Green chilies - 4  Ginger - 1 inch  piece Rice flour - 5 table spoons  Water to grind Method: 1. Soak the Green grams over night or for 8 hrs.  2. In a mixer jar add the soaked green grams, 4 green chilies, ginger and grind it into fine paste add water as required to grind. 3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add salt and rice flour, Mix well. 4. Pour the dosa and let it cook until it is crispy . (Add onions, carrot if required on the dosa as per your taste) 5. Chicken Biriyani (Recipe)

Ingredients: Turmeric Powder - 1/2 TSP Salt Chilli Powder - 1TSP Biriyani Masala (Aachi) - 1 TSP Curd - 1 Big Cup Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 TSP Corriander - 1/2 Cup Mint - 1/2 Cup Lemon - 1/2 Basmati Rice - 1 1/2 Glass Normal Rice - 1/5 Glass Tomato - 1 Onion Sliced in pieces - 1 Dhanya Powder - 1 Spoon Biriyani Spices GG Paste - 1 TSP Green Chillies - 4 Water - 3 Glasses Oil Chicken - 700 gms Method: 1. Marinate the chicken. In a bowl add salt, 1/2 spoon turmeric powder, 1 spoon chili powder, 1 spoon biriyani masala powder, 1spoon Dhanya  Powder and 1 spoon ginger garlic paste , mint, and coriander. Mix well, add 1 cup curd and mix well. Add the chicken and let it rest for 1 hour. After about 40 mins add one chopped tomato. 2. Soak Basmati Rice i.e., 1 1/2 glass basmati rice and 1/2 glass normal rice for 30 mins. 3. In a cooker pan, add oil + ghee, biriyani spices, green chilies, onion and saute well till brown.
